Throwing Stones Dice List
& Protection Tips

Ok, many of you probably haven't heard of this game, and it is old (and no longer produced). But the NGG is trying to cover everything, so I thought why not! It is an interesting game, and there is a book that you can get to make this into a role-playing game too. There are 21 character stones, 2 different monster stones total, though the monster dice are nothing really special.

The underlined Glyph of each die is the one with the name of the die.

Also note that this only covers the first release (with the B&W rules sheet included). There were more dice released with the second release (with color rules).

Protecting Your Dice

One other thing - since the dice were silk-screened and not molded (like Dragon Dice & Chaos Progenitus) there is a good chance that it won't take long before the faces start to rub off due to use.

To combat this, you can spray them with a clear coat spray paint (or I have been told nail polish, but spray paint seems a heck of a lot faster). You will want to make sure that you use a clear (duh!) acrylic (let me say that again - ACRYLIC) paint to make sure that nothing bad happens to the ink on the dice.

As always, try the paint on a common die to see if there are any undesirable effects before shooting all of your dice with the paint. You may want to apply a couple of coats (but don't go overboard). Allow time to dry between coats.

You WILL need to re-coat the dice as necessary, depending on how much Throwing Stones you play!
