A new breakthrough in covert operations armed support, Bishop Arms threw this
little, quite literally, piece of self-defense into the spycraft market.
Very quickly, because of its size, it rapidly became popular with
what were to be known by shadowrunners as "killer suits",
the more lethal and discrete corporate assassins, the men in black (no
hollywood coverage).
Despite the muzzle noise and
flare produced by this weapon, it's lighter weight and greater conceal ability
give it an incredible amount of polyvalance in the field of covert
ops: the range is longer, each bullet does over twice as much damage than the
earlier Bishop Arms Machine Pistol design. the only regrettable trait is
the insufficiency of ammo and the lack of a fully automatic firing
mode.
Accessories
The COSWE .45's final touches have been left to the end-user. Sometimes
not a paying marketing strategy, but it does help. The "stock"
space on the weapon has been used to make place for the telescoping
stock, but apart from that, the COSWE's versatility is complete. Top,
underside, grip and barrel-space are available for accessories.
