Shortly after the release of the UCOP 9mm, Bishop almost went under due to attacks from bigger corporations and insufficient popularity of the UCOP, so as a measure of desperation, Bishop Arms Corp. came up with a deal with Hatley & Green, famous law partners. The H & G being guarded by the lawsuit's own guard, H & G ordered a full set of Enforcer .40 to keep off unwanted visitors. Being cheap and good quality, Bishop Arms Corp. managed to take off again thanks to the Enforcer. The popularity of the gun has also allowed it to raise the price of the gun to a fair 900 Nuyen.
